Why Purchase a SP Theme?Let’s face it; out-of-the-box SharePoint isn’t particularly inspiring to look at. SP Themes provide a quick and affordable way of giving your SharePoint install that much needed facelift. They also provide a great starting point for taking SharePoint further with custom Master Pages and Page Layouts.
Which bits of MOSS/WSS have you styled? We have tried our best to style everything and make our themes as complete as possible! If you do find something we have missed, let us know and we’ll endeavor to get it fixed as soon as possible.
Should I buy the MOSS or WSS version of a theme?Check our feature table to find out which theme you need.
What browsers do your themes support?We provide full support and our themes are fully tested for: IE7, IE8 and Firefox. Themes should display adequately in Safari, Chrome and Opera. IE6 is not supported. If you do need IE6 support please get in touch, we’ll talk.
I think I found a bug in one of your themes, what do I do?We try our best to test our themes as much as possible before we make them available for purchase. But sometimes sneaky bugs do slip past us. If you think you have found a bug please do let us know and we will endeavor to fix it as promptly as possible.
Which versions of SharePoint do SP Themes work on?Currently all our themes will work on WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007. We plan to create themes for the upcoming SharePoint 2010 release.
Will your themes work on a hosted SharePoint environment?Probably not. Check with your hosted SharePoint provider to see if they will allow you to upload custom files.
What level of patching should my SharePoint farm be updated to?We recommend updating to Service Pack 2 (http://blogs.msdn.com/sharepoint/archive/2009/06/25/service-pack-2-update.aspx), however our themes should work on any level of patching.

How many SharePoint installations can I use my SP Theme on?You may apply your SP Theme on only 1 install of SharePoint. If you want to purchase additional licenses for a theme you already own let us know. We can offer a reduced cost for purchase of multiple licenses.
How do I install a SP Theme?Please view our install guide here. Installation instructions are also included as a custom readme file with every theme download from SP Themes.
I have custom Master Pages / Page Layouts; can I still use an SP Theme?Yes you can.
Can I return a SP Theme?Sorry, no. All digital sales are final and cannot be returned. Please choose wisely!
